Jen died peacefully on Thursday 23rd May 2019 at the Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice in London UK, after a long and brave fight against cancer. Her husband Neil and parents were with her at the time. She is sorely missed by us all. Lots of love "forever" as a certain lil'un would say to a wonderful woman, wife & mother. RIP surrounded by sunflowers
